塔式脫氧水制備系統(tǒng)是在國(guó)外技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上加以消化吸收而開發(fā)的一種產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品脫氧性能精度高、穩(wěn)定性好、可靠性強(qiáng),設(shè)備廣泛應(yīng)用于各種需要高純度脫氧水的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。塔高約6米,直接將釀造水進(jìn)去脫氧塔進(jìn)行脫氧,采用二氧化碳置換,在完成脫氧的同事脫氧水也達(dá)到了部分碳酸化目的。
脫氧水在經(jīng)過薄板冷卻后與清酒混合達(dá)到客戶需要的成品酒。薄板冷卻溫度采用自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),為了讓稀釋水中二氧化碳含量達(dá)到稀釋水的工藝指標(biāo),系統(tǒng)配備了二氧化碳飽沖器。確保二氧化碳在水中的穩(wěn)定性,清酒和脫氧水混合通過模塊控制脫氧水流量,確?;旌暇取O到y(tǒng)通過微機(jī)自動(dòng)完成。

熱法脫氧工藝流程:

無菌水通過自動(dòng)流量閥進(jìn)入板式換熱器,在進(jìn)入脫氣塔之前,無菌水經(jīng)過板式換熱器的熱回收預(yù)加熱至72度,用戶所要求的進(jìn)入無菌水的流量在進(jìn)去板式換熱器前通過控制柜并且自動(dòng)控制,水在脫氣塔的頂部進(jìn)行分流,按照與置換氣體逆向流動(dòng)的要求從上往下流,置換氣體從氣塔底部通過泵送至板式換熱器的冷卻并達(dá)到所要求的溫度,為了保證泵不至于吸空,在脫氣塔的底部設(shè)有液位控制以保持脫氣塔底部具有一定的液位最終的脫氧水的碳酸化是通過二氧化碳噴射進(jìn)冷卻段脫氧水進(jìn)口實(shí)現(xiàn)的,最終的成品脫氧水通過換向閥被泵送到脫氧水儲(chǔ)罐。

Thermal deoxygenation process flow:

Aseptic water enters the plate heat exchanger through an automatic flow valve. Before entering the deaeration tower, the sterile water is preheated to 72 degrees through heat recovery in the plate heat exchanger. The flow rate of sterile water required by the user enters the plate heat exchanger through a control cabinet and is automatically controlled. The water is divided at the top of the deaeration tower and flows from top to bottom according to the requirement of reverse flow with the displacement gas. The displacement gas is pumped from the bottom of the gas tower to the plate heat exchanger for cooling and reaches the required temperature. In order to ensure that the pump does not suck up, a liquid level control is installed at the bottom of the deaeration tower to maintain a certain liquid level at the bottom of the tower. The carbonation of the final deoxygenated water is achieved by spraying carbon dioxide into the inlet of the cooling section deoxygenated water, and the final product deoxygenated water is pumped through a reversing valve. Send to the deoxygenated water storage tank.

●電:380V三相五線制50HZ,要求電纜線接至配電盤電源入口。

●壓縮空氣:經(jīng)過濾和干燥的壓縮空氣:壓力>0.5Mpa。要求直接接入至電柜內(nèi)空氣分配器。

●需方應(yīng)在設(shè)備到位前按供方提供圖紙做好相關(guān)工況安裝準(zhǔn)備工作。
