一、應(yīng)用和特點(diǎn)

二、工作原理
本設(shè)備采用PSA變壓吸附原理,利用碳分子篩在壓力變化時(shí)具有分離空氣中氮的能力,以空氣為原料,將壓縮空氣經(jīng)除油、干燥、過濾等凈化處理后,送入雙塔組成的吸附組件,壓縮空氣在塔內(nèi)經(jīng)過壓吸附后產(chǎn)生氮?dú)?,而另一塔在解吸再生,兩塔交替循環(huán),即可不斷地得到純度為98-99.9%的廉價(jià)氮?dú)狻?/p>
三、設(shè)備組成

四、流程簡述
由無油壓縮機(jī)提供的穩(wěn)定壓縮空氣氣源經(jīng)冷干機(jī)被除去壓縮空氣中大部分水和部分油霧,經(jīng)除油器除去微量油份和水,再經(jīng)無油再生干燥器進(jìn)行深度脫水,經(jīng)過濾器得到干燥的、潔凈的壓縮空氣貯存于空氣緩沖罐中,然后,干燥的空氣經(jīng)變壓吸咐器,空氣中的氧氣和二氧化碳被碳分子篩吸咐,經(jīng)吸咐器純化后,得到氮?dú)?,?jīng)過濾器得到較潔凈的氮?dú)膺M(jìn)入氮?dú)饩彌_罐以備使用??匮鮾x可在線檢測(cè)出氮?dú)庵械难鹾?。從而得到氮?dú)獾募兌?。氮?dú)饩彌_罐中的氮?dú)饨?jīng)減壓閥及流量計(jì)輸出以供用戶使用。

2.Working principle
This equipment adopts the principle of PSA pressure swing adsorption, utilizing the ability of carbon molecular sieves to separate nitrogen from air under pressure changes. Using air as raw material, compressed air is purified through processes such as oil removal, drying, and filtration before being sent to the adsorption component composed of two towers. The compressed air undergoes overpressure adsorption in the tower to produce nitrogen gas, while the other tower undergoes desorption and regeneration. The two towers alternate and continuously obtain cheap nitrogen gas with a purity of 98-99.9%.
3、 Equipment composition
This device consists of two main parts: air source purification and purification. 4、 Process description
The stable compressed air source provided by the oil-free compressor is removed from most of the water and some of the oil mist in the compressed air by a cold dryer, and then removed from trace amounts of oil and water by an oil remover. It is then deeply dehydrated by an oil-free regeneration dryer and filtered to obtain dry and clean compressed air, which is stored in an air buffer tank. Then, the dried air is passed through a pressure swing absorber, and the oxygen and carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieves. After purification by the absorber, nitrogen gas is obtained, which is filtered to obtain relatively clean nitrogen gas and enters the nitrogen buffer tank for use. The oxygen controller can detect the oxygen content in nitrogen online. Thus obtaining the purity of nitrogen gas. The nitrogen in the nitrogen buffer tank is output through a pressure reducing valve and flow meter for user use.
