① 浸漬單位:

浸漬單元主要由浸漬磙、噴淋器、減速機(jī)組成,該單元主要是向設(shè)備連續(xù)提供含水量適中的麥芽,通過(guò)三通道氣動(dòng)薄膜調(diào)節(jié)閥、遠(yuǎn)傳流量計(jì)、流量積算儀等儀表控制向該單元提供定溫定量的熱水,并把受到噴淋的麥芽有充分的吸濕過(guò)程,一般為30秒,這樣才能真正做到麥芽殼皮完整,而胚乳被磨成漿狀細(xì)粒。

② 供料單元:
